KVAC Environmental Services is an Australian-owned, family-operated bulk liquid waste, drain cleaning and vacuum services contractor based in Thorneside, working across South East Queensland for utilities, mining, energy, municipal, industrial and construction clients.
KVAC Environmental Services was incorporated in 2017 by Managing Director Chris King, who brings more than 26 years of industry experience to every job. Every job runs through our own trucks and our own crews, not a subcontracted chain — the person who quoted the job is reachable while it's underway, and the standard of work doesn't vary between operators.
We work across energy, mining, municipal, construction and industrial markets, with the equipment and accredited operators to handle both small jobs and large-scale projects.
These are the credentials most principal contractors and councils ask for before awarding sub-contract work.
Operating under a documented HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment & Quality) management system, with safety-critical equipment and PPE standards applied across every job.
All operators hold formal accreditation in high-pressure water jetting (MSMSS00004) and vacuum loading systems (MSMSS00006) — nationally recognised competency units, not informal on-the-job training.
Vacuum units are EPA approved, with environmental controls built into standard operating procedure for waste transport, handling and disposal.
[Insert public liability cover amount, vehicle/plant insurance, and workers compensation status.]
[Confirm registration status — this is a standard credibility marker for utility locating and non-destructive digging tenders.]
Utility locating and potholing work is carried out with reference to AS 5488 (Classification of Subsurface Utility Information), the industry standard for recording and reporting the accuracy of located underground services.
For jobs near underground services, our vacuum excavation method exposes what's there before anyone applies force to it — no service strikes, no surprise reinstatement bills. It's one part of a broader service list that starts with bulk liquid waste, drain cleaning and dry vacuum work.
Regulated waste transportation & disposal, drain cleaning and pipe remediation, CCTV inspections, water treatment facility support, stormwater and septic removal, pressure cleaning of structures.
Wash plants, sumps and oil storage facilities, drill mud and drilling fluid transport & disposal, produced water storage facility support, brine and drilling completion cement disposal, dry materials handling.
Acid and alkali disposal, ship ballast and grey water management, oily water disposal, asset cleaning and inspection, heavy vacuum loading.
Wastewater removal, vacuum excavations and service locating, drainage and sump cleaning, stormwater run-off and excess material transport, drain cleaning for stormwater & sewer lines.
Every unit is EPA approved and run by accredited operators — not a single generic truck stretched across every job type.

Once we've got sign-off to name clients publicly, recognisable logos go here — this is the section that does the most work in a tender pack, so it's worth filling in properly rather than leaving generic.
